We anticipate the seven, new detached homes about ~1,600 sf with 3 or 4 bedrooms, 2 BA, attached 2-car garage, front and backyards, and Zero Energy Ready Homes to be ready for purchase in Western Riveryside County late 2024.
In the meantime, many low-income households are not aware they may qualify for an affordable mortgage with down payment assistance.
Now is the time to encourage households to get mortgage ready, i.e., clean up credit and save for a down payment, etc.
